Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
All hangtags must be attached to the garment.
All garments are subject to inspection upon arrival.
Returns are charged a postage fee only, which will be deducted from your refund. Returns may be subject to additional fees depending on the condition of the item ordered.
Clearance items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Allow 10 business days for full processing of your return/exchange after we have received your package.
An email will be sent notifying you that your return/exchange has been processed. You may also check the status of your return by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and emailed to you.
If you are returning a gift, we will issue you an e-gift card in the amount of the returned merchandise. The original order number is required to process the return. If you need assistance obtaining this information, please contact us at support@golden-comfort.com. Please have the gift giver's full name and address information. We will provide you with a gift return form to enclose with your package if you do not have the original packing slip.
